Professional/Leadership Development Plan Vision

Five years from now, I hope to pursue the independent auditors’ examination, and be a registered public administrator or a senior manager in a very reputable firm. This is will place me in a suitable stance to practice as administrator in the public sector or be employed in a prestigious   firm as an administrator, well equipped with skills, abilities, knowledge and competencies.

My professional/Leadership Objectives

  • Be a well renowned administrative assistant by April 2014
  • Be appointed to the position of senior administrative assistant by April 2014
  • Be well versed with all aspects involved the designation of senior administrative by April 2014
  • Be assistant to the head of administration department and be well versed with the firm’s administrative system and administration journals I will have accomplished this by April 2016.
  • Rise to the position of head of administration department in the firm by April 2018.
  • Be a renowned chief internal auditor in the firm and with good leadership skills and capabilities by April 2018
  • Conduct a review on the advancement on Professional/Leadership Development Plan semi annually.

Professional/Leadership Preparation

  • Graduate with masters degree in public administration by April 2013
  • Enroll for the international public administrators examination by the end of 2013
  • Finish the exam by the end of 2014
  • Enroll for my doctorate degree in public administration and planning by 2015
  • Finish the doctorate by the end of 2017
  • Be registered with the independent body for public administrators in the state by 2017; serve as a senior a public administrator trainee for sometimes, to be able to earn the experience needed for a senior position in a public administration designation.
  • Spare my part time in community work to help the community in areas of environmental conservation, since this I am an environmentally concerned person with a passion to help others in doing community work.
  • Maintain a stable health through daily physical exercise, and also avoid drugs and substance abuse.
  • Develop a reading culture especially in novels, newspapers and journals that are related to my profession
  • Attend seminars that are related to my profession and also attend those that are related to environmental issues.
  • Be a member of the national association of public administrators, and seek to be appointed to higher positions such as chairperson or secretary of the association.

  • Review the advancement on my activities every two months.

My goals

  • I hope to pursue a doctorate degree by 2017
  • I will finish my masters by April 2014
  • I have a family and I am a good mother to my family

I will commit my self to the achievement of these goals and ensure that since they are in line with what I do and what I am like. These are the goals that will help me shape my life towards a brighter future. These are the goals and objectives that will be guiding through out my career and profession.
