Survey: Hand-washing and Nosocomial Diseases

A nosocomial infection (hospital-acquired disease) is defined by the World Health Organization (Prevention of Hospital-Acquired Infections: A Practical Guide, 2002) as an infection acquired by a patient admitted to a healthcare facility unrelated to the initial infection. 

The following survey is provided for health care providers working in a healthcare facility.
