- When TMS first outsourced to Wolfsberg (WMW), what did they want WMW to do? By the end of the case, what additional services did they expect from WMW? What new skills did WMW have to acquire? How does WMW’s lack of experience in these areas manifest itself in problems experienced in the project?
Being adjoined with the Tannhauser project in relation to TMS, Wolfsberg was expected to perform the task of duplicating the assembly instructions of TMS down to detail. This meant that not only would they supply the needed resources for the project but instead, would also need to put the parts together for ready for the final operations. Along with such responsibility comes the documentation of the procedures which is needed for the assumption on how pricing of the final products should be aligned.
